By train: To and from Shenzhen
Hong Kong travellers coming to and from Shenzhen in Mainland China via the Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau checkpoints can take a local MTR train into town after passing through Hong Kong Immigration.
Intercity services
The MTR runs regular through-train intercity services between Hong Kong and Guangdong province, Beijing and Shanghai. The through-train terminus is MTR Hung Hom Station located on the Kowloon harbour-front, where travellers need to pass through Hong Kong Immigration before boarding the train

DETAILS

DAY 1: ARRIVE IN HONG KONG
Arrive in Hong Kong and transfer to hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, take the opportunity to explore the city on foot. Tonight, don’t miss out the Symphony of Lights show along the Victoria Harbor.

DAY 2: HONG KONG PRIVATE TOUR (BREAKFAST)
Start the morning with traditional Chinese exercise in the park. Tai Chi or “shadow boxing” is a graceful exercise that combines thought and action developed from an ancient martial art. Later, take the funicular tram ride to Victoria Peak, then continue on to Aberdeen to visit the floating fishermen village. Take a closer look at the floating village while enjoying a sampan ride. The last stop of the day will be the famous Stanley Market. Overnight at hotel in Hong Kong.

DAY 3: HONG KONG (BREAKFAST)
Today is yours free to enjoy the city. Overnight at hotel in Hong Kong.

DAY 4: HONG KONG – HANOI (BREAKFAST)
Free until you will be transferred to the airport to catch 2 hour flight to Hanoi city. Airport pick up by our local Sapa Travel tour guide and you will be transferred by our private vehicle to hotel located in the city centre. Check-in and rest of time at your own leisure.

Day 5: CITY TOUR – OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO SAPA (BREAKFAST)
8:30 Enjoy a comprehensive guided sightseeing to visit the city’s places of interests like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace (outside), House on stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, Hanoi Hilton Museum. 1 hour cyclo tour around the bustling Old Quarters and then enjoy traditional water puppetry show. Board King Express train to Lao Cai / Sapa. Overnight in a private cabin compartment.

Day 5: LAO CAI – SAPA (BREAKFAST)
Train arrives in Lao Cai at 06:00. Transfer 38 km uphill to Sapa. Check-in Royal View Sapa Hotel and enjoy the rest of morning around the town or stroll through the market. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a bike ride to visit Tram Ton Pass, Silver waterfall. Back to hotel and tonight you will stay in hotel in Sapa.

Day 6: TREK & BIKE – TOPAS ECOLODGE (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Breakfast at hotel and we will leave Sapa behind and enjoy a trek or bike ride to Lao Chai and Ta Van village. Enjoy stunning landscapes of terraced rice paddies, meet local hill tribes of Black H’mong and Dzay. Proceeding to Topas Ecolodge and stay overnight in bugalow.

Day 7: TREK & BIKE – TOPAS ECOLODGE (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Enjoy whole day on bike or trekking to explore the regions, villages. Overnight in the Topas Ecolodge.

Day 8: VILLAGE TOUR – OVERNIGHT TRAIN (BREAKFAST)
Explore the villages and meet local people. Transfer back to Sapa and board overnight train back to Hanoi. Stay in a private compartment.

Day 9: HANOI – HALONG BAY (BREAKFAST)
The train arrives in Hanoi at around 06:00. Driving around the lake and watch local people doing morning exercise. Breakfast at a local PHO restaurant before heading for Halong Bay. Check-in a junk boat and start cruising to explore Halong Bay. Overnight aboard a junk boat.

Day 10: CRUISING (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Enjoy whole day to explore the remote areas of Halong Bay. Kayaking, trekking, caving activities will be arranged at your request. Overnight aboard a junk boat.

Day 11: HANOI (BREAKFAST)
Disembark at 11:00 am and transfer you back to Hanoi. Rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 12: DEPART HANOI (BREAKFAST)
At leisure until we will transfer you to the airport to catch your flight to next destinations. END OF SERVICE.
